What do I do if I don't have PayPal?
You can still click the button that says Pay with PayPal and just use a credit card without registering for PayPal. Please contact us if you have any other problems with your payment so we can work it out
What is vegan leather?
Vegan leather is a great catch all term for a faux (fake) leather which is made from something other than animal skin, each of our product pages lists what each item is made of but do check out this blog post to learn more about the different types of vegan leather!
What is deadstock?
Deadstock doesn't refer to something that has died because of course we are vegan and cruelty-free here! It refers to materials that are second hand but unused, like the remnant fabrics we use for our hair accessories, or end of roll fabrics for most of our bags, or zips and hardware sourced from other designers who have no use for them anymore. Using these surplus items helps stop them from being thrown away into landfill and wasted when they could be turned into something beautiful! Learn more here
What is ethical fashion?
Ethical fashion is an approach to design, sourcing and manufacture of clothing and accessories that maximises benefits to people and communities while minimising impact on the environment (source: Ethical Fashion Forum). This is really the foundation of our brand, all decisions from design to packaging are made with these values in mind. When will my order be sent?
To make sure we are not creating more than we need to, some items may need to be made to order. If your item is in stock it will ship within a day, if it is made to order we usually try to aim for 5-7 working days for production but will send sooner if we can. Need something in a hurry? talk to us about it and we'll see what we can do

How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available on all New Zealand and Australian orders automatically. International orders outside those countries can get free shipping on all orders over $150 NZD by using the code FREE150 at checkout!

How can I track my order?
You will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number to the address you provided, please let us know if you don't receive the email confirmation or you are concerned that your package is lost

Do you offer returns?
We don't offer returns based on you changing your mind after your order arrives. However if your order arrives to you damaged or you have other concerns it is important that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss how we can remedy the situation
Do you offer repairs?
Yes! We'd love to know that our products are not going to end up in landfill because they are damaged. We take the utmost care in making them as strong and durable as possible but accessories can take a beating when we carry them around every day. Talk to us about what needs repairing and we'll work it out!
Why are some of the bags so expensive when they're not made of leather?
We try really hard to keep our pricing as low as possible to make it easier for more people to afford to shop ethically. Fair wages are incredibly important to us in our supply chain which brings up production costs a little higher than your average fast fashion retailer. Each item is lovingly handmade by someone being paid and treated fairly, out of responsibly sourced materials and using thoughtful production methods to protect animals, people and the planet. Do you do custom orders?
Occasionally! It isn't something we advertise as there often isn't spare time in the workroom to devote to custom orders, however just ask, we might have some spare time or you might just have something in mind that we can add to our main collection!
